Why most AI training doesn't stick (and what does)

Training fails when it is generic. If a finance analyst and a support agent sit through the same examples, neither leaves with something they can use tomorrow morning.

The programs that work use the participant's real work as the material, put managers in the room, and schedule a follow-up two to three weeks later when the first questions surface.

Track adoption, not attendance. The only metric that matters is how many people are still using what they learned a month later.
