AI enablement & adoption
AI training for businesses
Practical, role-specific AI training built around the work your teams actually do. The aim is a measurable change in how people work, not attendance on a register.
Who this is for
- Organisations rolling out AI tools that are not yet being used properly
- Leadership teams who need a clear view of where AI helps and where it does not
- Teams handling drafting, analysis, reporting or customer contact at volume
- Organisations that need staff to understand responsible and safe use
The problem it solves
Generic training rarely changes behaviour. If a finance analyst and a support advisor sit through the same examples, neither leaves with something they can use the next morning.
Without follow-up, the questions that surface in week three go unanswered and people quietly return to the old way of working.
What we do
- Build the material from your real tasks, documents and tools
- Run separate sessions for leadership and for the teams doing the work
- Use hands-on exercises so people practise on their own workload
- Set out what is safe to put into which tool, and what needs checking
- Return for follow-up coaching once real questions have appeared
What you receive
- Leadership workshops
- Role-specific staff training
- Hands-on workflow exercises
- Responsible AI guidance
- Adoption support
- Follow-up coaching
How the engagement works
- 01
Scope
Identify the roles, tasks and tools the training needs to cover.
- 02
Build
Write exercises and examples from your own work, not generic demos.
- 03
Deliver
Run the sessions with managers present so expectations are shared.
- 04
Follow up
Return after a few weeks to answer the questions real use has raised.
Common questions
- Can training be delivered on its own?
- Yes. Training and adoption can be a standalone engagement, or part of an implementation project.
- Is it delivered on site or remotely?
- Either. We deliver on site and remotely across the UK, and split larger teams into practical group sizes.
- What about staff who are sceptical about AI?
- That is usually healthy. Sessions cover where these tools are unreliable and what must still be checked by a person.
- How do you measure adoption?
- We agree simple measures up front — for example, how many people are still using a workflow a month later — and review them at the follow-up.
