Syed Usman Bukhari founded Raga AI after working across AI engineering and software delivery, building production systems for organisations in regulated and high-volume environments.
Engagements are led by the same person from the first conversation through to handover, which keeps decisions consistent and avoids the cost of layers you do not need.
Delivery experience
Delivery experience behind Raga AI includes work across Scottish Courts, Rolls-Royce, Department for Education, Hudson and Hayes, Coex, NHS — South Yorkshire ICB and others — document processing at volume, voice and conversational agents, clinical and legal knowledge assistants, data platforms and compliance verification.
Much of that work sits in regulated or high-consequence settings, where outputs have to be traceable, access controlled and quality measured over time.

Founder Usman Bukhari has personally delivered AI, software and data projects across complex and regulated organisations. Before establishing RAGA AI LTD, this work was delivered through Usman Bukhari Ltd.

- Raga AI is founder-led. Engagements are led and delivered by Usman Bukhari, who has delivered enterprise AI, software and data projects for public sector and regulated organisations. Work is scoped to what can be delivered properly, rather than to fill a team.
- Who builds the work
- The person who advises you is the person who builds the work. Discovery, architecture, implementation and handover are carried out directly, not passed to a junior delivery team.
- Who leads your engagement, and who stays accountable
- Usman Bukhari leads every engagement and remains your point of contact from first conversation through to handover. Accountability for scope, quality and delivery sits with RAGA AI LTD under the engagement contract.
- How additional specialist capacity is added
- Where an engagement needs capability beyond the founder — for example specialist front-end, data engineering or design work — additional specialists are engaged for that scope. Any such arrangement is agreed with you in advance, including who is involved and what they will access.
- Continuity if the lead consultant is unavailable
- Because delivery is founder-led, timelines are agreed against realistic availability rather than assumed capacity. Work is documented as it is built — code, configuration, architecture notes and operating documentation — so your teams or another supplier can continue the work if delivery is interrupted. If the lead consultant becomes unavailable, we will tell you promptly and agree a revised plan rather than substituting someone silently.
