- Complete data restructure capturing sector background, qualifications, subject interest and intent as structured attributes
- Embedded chat agent answering in plain language while acting as the front end of the data pipeline
- AI personalisation driving route recommendation, tailored qualification and funding content, and next-step prompts
- Full front-end rebuild on the GOV.UK Design System to WCAG 2.2 AA
